Black magick is an incredibly powerful form of witchcraft that draws on malevolent powers, and may be used for evil purposes that deliberately cause harm in some way. It is rooted in superstition, the supernatural and mysticism. Its true nature is steeped in religion, culture, and the evolution of esoteric practices. Chaos, turmoil and uncertainty compel people to seek this form of magick when they have no other options available.

Despite our enduring fascination with black magick in literature and film, true practitioners of this craft are few and far between. Modern witchcraft follows a moral code of "do no harm", utilizing the craft for positive and empowering ends.

Our Black Magick bath blend is so named in a playful and spirited play on words. It's black and it's magickal, but it's all in good, CLEAN fun! This luxurious milk bath blend is a #glamourmagick potion that is a must-have for all you witchy babes. Layers of black and purple with secret bath bomb embeds for mesmerizing magical swirls of foamy fun. Topped with a pinch of black salt and flaming orange & yellow marigold petals for extra dramatic effect. Packaged in magickal plastic potion bottles with cork top and sealed with a drizzle of black wax for the full magickal experience.

Our luxurious bath soaking blend is intentionally and painstakingly prepared and hand blended to maximize the skin bennies! It contains a skin-soothing blend of salts, including Epsom salts, Mediterranean sea salt and Himalayan pink salt that help to nourish and support the whole body with a dose of magnesium and essential minerals. Coconut milk powder and avocado oil offer up a double dose of skin-soothing botanicals. A plant-based surfactant offers up loads of bubbly action for an extra bit of fun!

Witches rejoice! This bewitching aromatic blend of dark florals brings mystery and seduction to your bathing experience. Flirtatious florals of ylang ylang, gardenia, jasmine and orchid are accented by warm spices of ginger, black pepper & clove for a transcendent aromatic journey. And you'll be absolutely mesmerized as the dark blue, purple and black colors of this "potion" are revealed in the bath water*!

We've packaged this bath blend in adorable plastic potion bottles with cork top lids, drizzled with black sealing wax, and we've topped each one off with a sprinkling of vibrantly colored botanicals, including our favorite skin ally, calendula.

Usage: Each bottle is suitable for one bath.*

Run hot water into bath. Sprinkle bath blend under running water and allow salts to dissolve completely before entering. If you don't want to have the botanicals floating in the water, you can put the bath blend into a muslin bag or clean dry sock and swish it around in the water. (makes for quicker cleanup!) Then you can simply empty the bag/sock into your compost after use. We always recommend adding a few CUPS of epsom salts per bath to maximize the health benefits.

*This product tub-tested without staining. However, if your bath tub has a ring of soap scum, the dyes will be attracted to those areas. We highly recommend using this product in a clean tub.

The colors and embeds used in our soaps, bath salts & bath bombs are stringently tested premium micas, pigments, FDA batch-certified lakes & dyes, biodegradable plant-based glitters, and other natural colorants (clays & botanicals) that work both beautifully and safely.

  • A ritual bath is a beautiful way to elevate an ordinary bath to a soothing, blissful, soul refreshing experience.

What's the difference between a regular bath and a ritual bath?? The keyword here is ritual, which equates to sacred. When you make a ritual out of something, you make it a sacred and spiritual experience for yourself. (FYI that’s got nothing to do with religion.)

Try incorporating  bathing into your self-care rituals with these simple tips to create a transcendental ritual bath:

    1. Make it sacred. When you declare something as sacred, you're connecting with your higher self and opening yourself up to the wisdom of the universe. As part of this declaration, there are a few simple things you can do to set the stage. Light some candles, dim the lights, turn on some calming music (I find meditation music to be quite suitable), surround yourself with your favorite crystals, maybe even burn some sage or palo santo to energetically cleanse and prepare your bathroom space before you begin. Basically, transform your bathroom into a sanctuary. Because, honestly, how relaxed can you can be in a dirty, disheveled bathroom?
    2. Set an intention. Is there something you need to release or let go of in your life? How do you want to feel after this experience? Give yourself a few minutes to focus your energy on your intention. You may wish to consider the current moon phase when deciding your intention. A new moon cycle washes away the past moon cycle and invites in fresh new energy; whereas, a full moon ritual is all about completion, celebration and gratitude - focus on what you're grateful for and create more of what's good in your life.
    3. While your bath is running, perform a few self-care rituals such as dry brushing your skin, perhaps take a moment to prep and apply a facial masque or scrub, get your pumice stone handy for exfoliating those feet after soaking, apply a nourishing hair treatment, grab your coziest robe, your favorite body butter or moisturizer for post bath slathering, etc.
    4. Make your bath special to you -  your favorite music and/or a book (even Netflix or a true crime podcast, if that makes you happy!), a relaxing beverage (whether it be wine or herbal tea), aromatherapy, meditation...whatever your jam, make it personal for you and you alone.
